Rustle & Still
We are Rustle & Still, an independent café in Toronto’s vibrant Koreatown since 2018. We serve delicious coffee made with beans sourced directly from farmers in Vietnam, alongside Banh Mi sandwiches and Viet brunches. Paying homage to our Vietnamese heritage, our menu items are made with fresh ingredients and infused with the flavours and fragrances found throughout Vietnam.
Food and coffee is central to Vietnamese life, bringing people together to connect and share experiences. Our plant-filled café is inspired by the sound of rustling leaves amidst the stillness of the day. We treasure the rare moments of calmness where you can take a relaxing break and enjoy the simple things in life like a good cup of coffee, a crunchy bite of Banh Mi, and good company.
The foods we create are a reflection of our backgrounds and our cultural roots, so you can get a glimpse of our past that shaped our identities. We love to experiment with different ingredients because it brings together various cultures and flavour profiles. Our menu continues to innovate and inspire new possibilities. Our passion is connecting flavours of Asia with the community through culinary traditions and culture.
We’d love for you to visit with us as we foster a culture focused on respect, equality, diversity and connection to make our community a better place to work and live. It is our pleasure and privilege to have us be a part of your day.
#SipBiteChill and creating a community space are our core values!

Its warm on a hot day but the drinks are fanastic. Loved the pandan matcha and the chae siu bahn mi. The taste on the chocolate hocjicha cookie was light and not too sweet. Besides the heat inside the seating is cozy and great for conversation or a nice cozy view of the k-town.Posted on Ellie LathropTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A bit tough to sit and eat with one more than 3 people in one table that’s not window facing and standup-bar style. Chill mom & pop spot. Friendly staffPosted on Richard WTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Best Bahn Mi I have had. The bread was nice and crusty, the sandwich was generously stuffed with all the goodies. I made mine spicy and it was spiced just right. Added a matcha pandam style and it was the perfect meal.Posted on Sae Hae BaeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I grabbed a flat white quickly before i went to the hair salon. The vibe of the cafe was pretty nice, it seems like a vietnamese cafe. Would love to come back!
